I am not sure but it would start somewhere between December 2008 (unlikely early), by July 2009 (more likely) or by late 2009 (even more likely). Whatever it happens, it seems very probably that a major Middle East war will unfold during late 2009 and 2010, with some possibility of turning nuclear and of turning the present economic recession into a new big depression.
If it happens, Israel or the US will start the war and then the conflict will cause much social unrest in western democracies.
